01 · What This Is

Most journals give you blank lines and hope. This one gives you a protocol.

The 90-Day Transformation Protocol is a structured daily system for training, nutrition and honest progress tracking — built as an actual book, not a productivity app you'll delete in March.

Every day gets the same page: morning weight and measurements, meals with macros, training and activity, and a place to log the things that threw you off. Every seventh day, a photo-report page replaces it — three frames, your measurements, a week in review.

It exists as a paperback you can buy on Amazon, and as a fillable PDF you can type into on a laptop or phone. Same 90 days, whichever way you keep it.

02 · Who It's For

Built for the version of you that starts strong.

If any of this sounds familiar, the problem was never willpower — it was the system.

01

You've started a plan before and quietly stopped logging by week three — not because you gave up, but because the tracking itself got tedious.

02

You want the weight of an actual book on your desk, but the flexibility to fill in today's page from your phone at the gym.

03

You've relied on "I'll remember how this week went" and later realized you couldn't actually say what changed, or when.

04

You don't want another app with streaks, badges and push notifications — you want ninety honest pages and nothing else competing for your attention.

13 photo-report pages
Front, side and back frames every 7 days, with a week-over-week table for weight and measurements, notes, and plans for the next week.

Day 90

06 · Why Trackers Fail

Why the usual attempts don't last.

Most tracking fails quietly, for the same handful of reasons.

× What usually happens
A good tracker assumes a good day — there's nowhere to log the day you ate badly, so you just stop logging.
The app lives on a phone that runs out of battery, gets a software update, or gets deleted in a decluttering mood.
"I'll remember how the week went" turns out to be false almost every time.
The scale is the only number, and it hides real progress on weeks it doesn't move.
What this does instead
Every daily page has a dedicated line for slip-ups and curveballs — logged as data, not confessed as failure.
It's a physical book, or a PDF you own outright. Nothing to update, sync, or lose to a subscription lapsing.
Five fields, filled in for 90 days straight, replace memory with an actual written record.
Photos and three body measurements catch the weeks the scale alone would call a failure.
07 · What Changes

What changes in 90 days.

Not just a number on the scale — a complete, dated record of how you got there.

90 days of written proof

Every meal, workout and measurement, dated and in your own hand or your own typing — not a hazy memory of "I ate pretty well that month."

13 photo checkpoints

Instead of one blurry "before" photo, thirteen honest check-ins that show the weeks the scale alone wouldn't.

A repeatable system

By day 90 the daily page is a habit, not a chore — one you can run again for the next 90 days, or the 90 after that.

Real data on your own patterns

Ninety data points on your sleep, energy and mood next to your results — the kind of pattern you can't see one week at a time.

10 · Questions

Questions

What's the actual difference between the two editions?

The content is identical — 90 daily pages, 13 photo reports, start and finish pages. The paperback is a printed 8.5×11″ book from Amazon; the digital edition is the same layout as a fillable PDF with real form fields, so you can type into it instead of writing by hand.

How do I fill in the digital edition?

Open it in any PDF reader that supports forms — Adobe Acrobat Reader (free, desktop and mobile) is the most reliable. Tap or click into any field to type, and use the checkboxes for the daily habit list.

Which languages is it available in?

English, Russian, German and French, with fully translated labels and terminology in each — not just a machine-translated overlay. The digital download includes all four.

Do I have to start on a specific date?

No. Every page has its own date field, so day one is whichever day you open the book and start writing.

What if I miss a day?

Skip the page and pick back up the next day. The system is built to survive a missed day — that's exactly what the curveballs field is for.

Can I print the digital edition?

Yes — it's designed to look right on screen and on paper, so you can print individual pages if you ever want a physical copy of a specific week.
