Buying the Digital Edition gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and print it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the PDF file itself.
The journal and any related content are educational tools for tracking your own training and nutrition. They are not medical advice. Speak to a qualified doctor before starting any new training or nutrition programme, especially if you have an existing health condition.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your country, to buy from this Site.
We may update these terms as the product line grows. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

When you buy the Digital Edition, our payment provider collects what it needs to process payment (name, email, card details handled by them, not by us) and to deliver the file to you. We don't run our own account system or store payment details ourselves.
This Site may store one small technical preference in your browser — which language you last viewed the Site in — so it remembers your choice on your next visit. That's stored only on your own device and is never sent to us.
We don't sell your data. We don't run advertising trackers on this Site.
If you buy the Print Edition on Amazon, Amazon's own privacy policy governs that purchase — we never see your Amazon order or shipping details.
If you're in the EU or UK, you can ask what data our payment provider holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it's used, by contacting that provider directly, or by asking us and we'll forward the request.

Because the Digital Edition is delivered instantly as a downloadable file, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded, in line with standard practice for digital goods.
EU/UK consumers: under EU and UK consumer law, you'd normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase — but that right doesn't apply to digital content once you've started downloading it, provided you were asked to confirm you understood you'd lose that right by doing so. Add that confirmation checkbox at checkout before relying on this clause.
If the file is genuinely faulty (corrupted download, missing pages), contact us and we'll fix it or refund you — that's a quality issue, not a change-of-mind return.
